…today I had the pleasure of delivering a pilot workshop for the Gemeente Amstelveen, cosy🔥 and all.

…and so we embark on another #learningjourney on Advancing Inclusion for global Senior Leaders, with my partner in food and facilitation Bastian.

…I’ve spent the last three weeks discovering a new part of the world - the Pacific NorthWest.

… understanding and examining our own #privileges can be confronting, difficult and sometimes just straight up uncomfortable!

#empathy : the ability to step into the shoes of another person, aiming to understand their feelings and perspectives, and use that to guide our actions.

Since I was very young I always felt uneasy (deep disquiet) whenever I saw the ‘well-intentioned’ fundraising appeals for the ‘latest’ crises, famine or war.
