Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with the tutors of the Security Studies Programme from Leiden University - Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs. In this first session we began unpacking what culture means (to us), examining #ethnocentrism and how, why and if we can measure culture!

For me, as a trainer and culture geek, the best #interculturalawareness sessions are the ones that raise more questions and we all have a few 💡 moments as an engaged, diverse, enthusiastic group of humans. ✅ So… with which culture(s) do you identify? 👇
