…one of the most complex elements ofv#DEI training for me is treading the fine line between sympathy and empathy. Last week I facilitated a session for the fabulous Vivian Acquah and Anita Vink-Abaisa . We worked with over 100 Senior Leaders and future leaders from VodafoneZiggo to guide them through a transformative #vrexperience . I had the pleasure of facilitating with Mary Jane Roy for the first, and hopefully not last time! The theme of this particular video was #neurodiversity and from the feedback, and my own experience, this immersive 6 minute experience allows us to step into someone else’s shoes - and mind! 🤯 VR Netherlands IBIAS VR Amplify DEI Of course, as with all things, there is potential for uncomfortable conversations, realisations and challenges - but that’s what makes the impact, and true perspective shifting. 🌍
