Origins of DEI & IC

Where do you see the #intersections between the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (#dei) field and the Intercultural Competences (IC) field?

As part of the Young SIETAR TOIT+ (Training of the Intercultural Trainer) it was a privilege to co-facilitate a workshop on this topic with my colleague and friend Nadine Binder, PhD.

How did these fields originate? Was one born out of #privilege and one from #injustice?

This workshop is just the beginning of meaningful #dialogue between these two fields, not the end.
