As we come to the end of the soul.com 'Addressing Racial Inequity Course' - the time has come to start putting words to the thoughts and feelings it has provoked.

...I wish this was a cruel April Fools joke. Nope, this is the power cut schedule my Mum just sent me, for tomorrow in Sri Lanka. Power cuts in the Tropics mean stifling heat and mosquitoes, on top of not being able to work from home, and petrol prices being so high that many can't 'escape' to a cafe.

As you might expect from a third culture kid (#tck) and a global citizen, my international network is celebrating, or marking, many different things this week/end. 🌎‍
