Happy World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development 2022!

I couldn’t be in a better place (mentally and physically) today to truly celebrate and reflect on this day.

‍

As we approach the end of #SEUMALTA22 conference, I have had the privilege of being surrounded and stimulated by humans who are as passionate about questioning, learning, challenging and furthering the intercultural field, as I also try to everyday.

‍

This is my first ‘Cultural Diversity Day’ as an independent Interculturalist, trainer, speaker, cultural consultant. The #privilege of being able to use my own diversity, experiences and curiosity to build my own company is one I don’t take for granted.

‍

Many reflections of the conference to follow, but for now here’s hoping that we can all work towards a 🌍 where true #culturaldiversity is seen as not just an asset but a true global necessity.
