Racial Discrimination…

Today marks The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Check out the link to my blogpost below to read further.

You might have noticed that this day has not been catchy or trending   - and most companies in my newsfeed have not published statements.

Is that because we don’t care about racial inequity? I like to believe it’s not - but rather because it’s not a subject that’s necessarily easy or comfortable to address.

Self reflection and continuous learning are values I try to embody daily, and I am currently doing both in the soul.com course, Unity in Diversity: Addressing Racial Inequity.

The UN theme for today is- Voices for Action Against Racism and I am truly honoured to be a part of this cohort of amazing individuals, who will and must continue to challenge racial inequity.
