…I feel very conflicted about posting today. As chaos continues in #srilanka, amid curfews, power cuts and social media bans, life also continues on my own entrepreneurial journey. As most global citizens will recognise, we often live with our heads and hearts in different parts of the world, at the same time.

On Tuesday the amazing Vivian Acquah is hosting a panel to discuss Amplifying Self Development!

#humanizetheworkplace is another topic that is central to me, as a human being and as my own boss. I look forward to learning and sharing experiences together. Speaking of sharing experiences, we gathered a few weeks ago with a vibrant group from Zaai Amstelveen, and I was reminded of the joys of being together physically in an intercultural environment. 🌍

I am very excited to also be facilitating a lunch and learn session with code d’azur this week too! A few days ago I also had the pleasure of being a participant in the soul.com ‘Soul Driven Leadership’ course for 2 days. The meaningful conversations we learnt to facilitate are exactly what we need in today's polarising world and lots more insights to come!

So I remind myself that even as my heart breaks for Sri Lanka, I am also doing the work I’ve always wanted to do. This is a privilege that I do not take for granted, and all you amazing humans tagged are reasons for me to be grateful for it. More detail, reflection and thoughts on all of the above coming soon. I am constantly learning to accept that holding conflicting realities is part of being human. ✨ 🌍
